Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Hiring Financial Inclusion Officers

 

Position: Financial Inclusion Officer

Job Location: Pune and PCMC Area

 

Role Requirement:
• Graduate in related subjects with good analytical and sales skills to be considered
• Proficiency in regional language and English
• Basic Banking knowledge
• Ready for Field Job

Roles and Responsibilities:

• responsible for business generation, customer acquisition, and customer
servicing for Deposit Products, Digital channels and Third Party Insurance
products, cross-selling to existing customers as well as the acquisition of new
customers through referral and family banking

• Offer and onboard customers on Savings Accounts and Term deposit products
to the customer, their family members and their references.

• Offer and onboard customers on Digital platforms including Mobile banking, UPI
and UPI QR

Deliver prompt customer services; be accessible to customers at all times for
Digital Banking and Deposit Product queries

Salary & Benefits:
• 11.5 K in Hand + Insurance +Petrol Allowance + Incentives + Bonus & Gratuity.
