Aviral Finance Private Limited (Formerly Known as Golechha Trade and Management Private Limited), is an NBFC, headquartered in Raipur, the capital city of State of Chhattisgarh. The Company was incorporated in 1985 and was granted CoR from Reserve Bank of India to carry the business of non-banking financial company vide Registration No. B-05.6301 dated April 5th, 2004. Owing to the change in the registered address of the Company from Kolkata to Raipur, the Company was issued a fresh CoR from Reserve Bank of India, Bhopal vide Registration No. B-03.00175 dated 10th April 2015. Subsequent to Change of name of the Company to Aviral Finance Private Limited, the Company again received a fresh CoR from RBI Bhopal vide Registration No B-03.00175 dated 9th November 2016.
The Company applied to RBI for change in category from NBFC to NBFC-MFI and the said reclassification has been done and modified CoR has been received on 31st July 2017. The Company has been classified as NBFC-MFI. Aviral has the distinction of being First & only NBFC-MFI to be registered in the State of Chhattisgarh.
Aviral has started its operation from its headquarters i.e. the state of Chhattisgarh and currently, it is operating in Chhattisgarh & Odisha State. Aviral has 25 Branches as of now spread over in both the states.
