While the credit requirements of our SHG members are met effectively by ESAF multistate agro cooperative society through ESAF Bank, we are equally responsible to make sure that their Socio Economic development has been achieved through well planned ‘Credit Plus’ activities implemented in a systematic way across area of operation

    Strategy of the Member Service Department of ESAF Cooperative

    • The department shall take up both Social & Economic development activities of their members
    • All the activities of the department will focus on SHG members & their family alone. However, the department shall extend support to group entities (including Lahanti Lastmile solutions (P) Ltd. & ESAF Society in carry out their project and programs related to the Socio-Economic development of the community
    • The department shall take steps to reach large number of members effectively in a cost effective way (e.g; Financial Literacy program with LCD projector & Public Address System using standard documents of RBI)
    • Entrepreneurial development program will be conducted as a step by step process & same trainee will not be allowed to sit same program again & again. Moreover, a trainee will be allowed to sit higher level of training program only after the completion of previous level(s)
