Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop business/operation processes and refresh existing ones.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Identifying business solutions and delivering these concerning existing applications & new initiatives.
  • Designing application workflows.
  • Coordinating with vendor(s) & stakeholders for requirement/execution management.
  • Conducting end-to-end application testing and related issue resolution management.
  • Conduct Process/Application health checks.
  • Conduct RCA of the issues and their resolution management.
