Skill Required:

  1. Good communication & interpersonal skills
  2. Good relationship management skills
  3. Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
  4. Ability to coordinate with various departments within the organization

 

Job Required: 

  • Manage FOS- recruit, train, and motivate the team.
  • Manage channel relationships.
  • Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration.
  • Manage the sales process End to End.
  • Ensure process rigor and controllership.
  • Ensure smooth service delivery to channel partners.
  • Manage FOS productivity.
  • Reconciliation of dealer payments.
