Location: Jaipur, Patna, Hazaribagh, Bhubaneshwar, Jabalpur

 

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 3 To 5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the induction training process for new joiners by directly imparting training and coordinating with other designated trainers.
  • Identify corrective, periodic, promotion, etc training needs and conduct periodic and targeted training as per identified needs.
  • Participate in the training curriculum and training framework development process from time to time.
  • Participate in the recruitment process as per the requirement.
  • Directly improve the trainee to final joiner count through effective and engaging training.
