  1. End to End Recruitment
  2. Responsible for TAT and quality of hiring across the zone
  3. Knowledge of complete recruitment processes- offer to Exit
  4. Grievance Handling
  5. Involved in performance management and coordinating with stakeholders holders to understand business needs
