Qualification: Graduation & Above

Experience: 4+ Years of Relevant Experience in NBFC

 

Age Limit: Any

Gender: Male

 

Salary: Negotiable

 

Skill Set:

  1. Handling Team of Loan Officers
  2. Supervise and Guide Loan Officer’s
  3. Team Motivation
  4. Proactive and Strong Networking Skills to Bring in New Customers
  5. Sourcing Files for Affordable Home Loan and Loan Against Property.
  6. Coordination with Credit, Legal Operation and Other Support Functions for Smooth Processing of Home Loan & Lap files.
  7. Branch Management
  8. Busines Development
  9. Generating Affordable HL Business out of Team.
  10. The Candidate Should have Good Contact with Connectors in the Market.
