Bajaj Finserv Hiring Assistant Manager for Rural Gold Loans

 

Assistant Manager – Rural Gold Loans

Experience: 2 – 3 years

Location: Pune

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To achieve given Sales nos through customer walk-in

• Work closely with the branch Service executives to drive Gold loan customers for the fulfillment

• Ensuring policy adherence and meeting compliance requirement

• Tracking Approval rate & other critical SLA deliverables for a Gold loan product.

• Supporting Assayer in Operations /documentation

Desire Candidate:

• Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of Cross-Sell / Gold Loan Sales

• Good Selling skills

• Good Interpersonal skills
