Job Description
Client Relationship Executive
To deal with top level management of other companies.
· To call Visitors for online Exhibitions and Physical Exhibitions
· Maintaining relations with clients
· Handling client queries
· Maintaining client data-base
· Be a good listener Good English communication with effective convincing skills over a call
· Should have a positive attitude, be assertive, enthusiastic, self motivator, strong negotiation and problem solving abilities.
· Proven ability to manage sales pipeline effectively
· Should have a positive attitude, be assertive, enthusiastic, self motivator, strong negotiation and problem solving abilities.
· Should be able to convince client for a face to face meeting.
· Gathering market and Client information and providing feedback
· Building strong, collaborative relationships and takes ownership of key initiatives across business levels and functions
