  •  End to End recruitment  Sourcing, Screening & Shortlisting the Profiles from Portal.
  • Coordinating for Interview as per panel’s availability, Salary Negotiation
  • Handling Onboarding
  • Handling the Joining and Induction.
  • Coordination for New Joinee’s Mail ID,SAP Id creation .
  • Handling the Employee Grievances
  • Maintain database
  • MIS preparation
