Job Description

Hiring Accounts Receivable Executive

Salary : 21 to 23K (monthly)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience : 3 yrs to 6 yrs of experience as an Accountant mandatory

Must have 3+yrs into Accounting

  • Should have Knowledge of sales vs collection reconciliation.
  • Should have Advanced Excel Knowledge
  • Need to have O2C (Order to Cash) process exposure.

Experience in E-commerce, Textile / Garment / Fashion, Wellness / Fitness / Sports / Beauty or Accounting / Finance preferred
Age : 21 – 35 yrs

Job Description:

  • Maintaining the billing system
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Producing monthly financial and management reports
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
  • Assisting in general financial management and analysis.

Timing : 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
Note:2nd & 4th Sat off
Education : Graduation degree mandatory
Communication : Good English skills – Ability to Speak
