Hiring Administration Officer for Indian Institute of Technology IIT Bombay
We are looking to recruit an ‘Administration Officer’ (4-5yrs) in Mumbai.
The administration officer position is responsible for ensuring efficient facility and office management & administrative support to managers, team members, and visitors through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The person will be responsible for managing the facility and administrative/office procurement and spend management guided by IIT Bombay and WashU Research and Educational Academy Policies and SOPs. The person will be a single point of contact for the entire Administration and Facility management.
Mandatory requirements:
– 4 to 5 years of work experience in Administration and Facility management
– Experience in Office administration including office procurement and expense management
– Experience in Travel Management
– Should know information systems operations to ensure the performance of common IT equipment- MFD, Projectors, Servers, and Networks.
-Strong stakeholder management skills
