Job Description

Hiring Management Trainee in Bajaj Capital Ltd

Looking for a Management trainee with fix stipend of Rs.15,000/- per month for the first 6 months

Basis of their performance they would be confirmed from the 7th month with an Annual CTC of 3 to 3.5 lac PA

Location: Kolkata, Patna, Guwahati, Bhubaneswar, Dhanbad, Siliguri

Qualification:-
1. Should be CFP certified or PG Diploma in Banking & Insurance.
2. NISM VA certified.

Job description:
1. Entire portfolio analysis, 360-degree wealth management, and performing need analysis of your HNI, Ultra HNI, and retail clients’ requirement. Formulating strategies to expand the HNI & Retail client’s base.

2. Maintaining long-term relationships with existing/new clients.

3. Cross-sell products and services to both new as well as existing HNI & Ultra HNI clients as per their lifestyle, risk profiling, and requirements basically through the financial planning process.
