Hiring Regional Credit Manager – LAP/MSME for PaisaBuddy

Qualification: CA/CFA/ICWAI/ MBA- Finance

Experience: 7+ Years of experience

Location: Jaipur (Raj.)

Job Description:-
1)Create credit and underwriting policies & processes, infrastructure, development, and deployment of underwriting models.

2)Responsible for supervision and monitoring on the accuracy of CAM as per Credit Policy.

3)Develop and maintain credit risk strategy and policy by continuous analysis of business and collection trends, risk assessment & mitigation thereof.

4) Ensuring training to underwriting teams regarding credit policy.

5)Meeting the highest standard of productivity, to ensure high portfolio quality for the product, while maintaining excellent service levels (TAT) to the customers.

6)Lead a team of credit approvers to ensure building quality portfolios and manage delinquencies.

7)Prepare collateral policy in consultation with Lawyers and values understanding the market practices.

8)Monitoring of the portfolio, analysis of delinquent cases, profiling of customers, data cuts, and analysis of early Delinquent Portfolio.
