Hiring Senior Manager Sales for Real Estate Sales

Job Position:- Senior Manager Sales

Salary- 5 LPA – 7 LPA + Incentive

Experience:- 3-5 Years

Industry:- Real estate, Residential & Commercial

Personality:- Excellent

Location:- Gurgaon & Delhi

Responsibility:-

1. Coordinate with sales/Marketing team for generating leads with existing customers and developing opportunity with new customers.

2. Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties.

3. Leading team of inside sales executives & regularly taking follow-up with the team for lead Generation, Hunting New Accounts.

4. Understand customer needs/Requirements and educate them accordingly.
5. Ability to arrange 10 to 20 meetings in a month & make it into conversion and complete his/her target (Depend upon profile to profile)

6. Give the presentation to the client about the project & resolve their queries on same.
