Location – Head Office – Bangalore (Lalbagh Road)

Job Description:

Demonstrate strong leadership, effectively manage the HO Audit team, Functional Audit in HO
Coordinate with the stakeholders for the necessary implementation of the Risk-Based Internal Audit Framework /or Function and any other Compliance Related Activity as per the Organization requirement
Willing to travel across the branches of SMFL as when required
Team Monitoring/ Mentoring/Training
To conduct Audit Team Review meetings on a Quarterly/Monthly basis
To bring out Process Improvement/Process Change/ New Initiative / Ideas
Monitoring, execution, and achievement of Audit Plan. Timely submission of audit reports and Publication of audit reports. Preparation of Audit / Training Manual
Functional Department Audits/ Audit checklist
Ensure publication of Weekly and Month end MIS Reports, State Wise PPT, Monthly review PPT, Power Bi updation, Board PPT, Data Analysis, and Adhoc activities
Compliance follows up- Branch/RO/Functional Dept
Team Management, Training, Punctuality, Leave Management & Learning
