Hiring State Collection Head in Vistaar Finance for MP Location

Position: State Collection Head

For MP State

Job Location:Indore

Experience: More than 10 years in same profile

Job Purpose:

To manage the Collections portfolio for the State assigned- optimization of recoveries

To ensure discipline and on-time payments

To ensure 100% process and policy adherence

To ensure 100% adherence to Collection Good practices.

Motivating, managing, and counseling the Collections officers/BCMs to ensure their continued focus towards achievement of overall area target

Tracking efficiency & effectiveness of the Collections Officers/BCMs on a Daily basis and providing feedback to them
