Position: Strategy Manager (Product and Process) for Affordable Home Loans

Location: Chennai

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the product & process management domain with home loan/ affordable home loans

Job role:

  • Identifying the needs of the Customer, Competition Product Analysis, Requirement of the Product, Target Customers.
  • Accessing Opportunity in Market, Incentive Structure, Sales Bottle Neck
  • Process Note Finalization on Product & Process
  • Training material Finalization – Product & Documentation, Training to Branches – Product & Process.
  • Defining and implementing a standard operating procedure for branch and operations management
