Job Description

We’re hiring IT Executive for Logistics Company

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Experience: 1+ year

Salary: Up to 20,000

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
3. Responding in a timely manner to technical issues and requests.
4. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).

Requirements:
 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
 Very good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
 Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
 The ability to work well in a team. Proactive & hardworking.
 Listening and understanding skills. Written & verbal communication skills.
 Knowledge of logistics platforms is an added advantage.
