Job Description

IT Support Executive Recruitment in Chaitanya India Fincredit Kolhapur
Position – IT support executive
Experience: 2-3 years
Education: Graduation
Skill: Computer Hardware and networking

Job Description:-

 Analysing system logs and identifying issues.
 Windows XP/Vista/7 desktop installation
 Basic knowledge in Linux
 Server peripheral hardware UPS, backup drives
 Provide Hardware and Software support.
 Installation and of configuration PCs and Software.
 Troubleshooting and rectification of desktop hardware problems
 Knowledge of Window Server 2012, Window Server 2008, Window Server 2003.
 Configuration of antivirus software.
 Provide engineering support and technical expertise regarding integration of new and existing technology into IT Client platform
 Interface with internal teams, depts and vendors for configuration, integration and deployment activities and projects
 Knowledge, understanding, and practical application of basic computer systems including disk management, file systems, memory management and related concepts
 Remote support for outer location.
 Monthly wise Data Backup
 Troubleshooting identified issues.
