Job Description:
· Manage Third Party Products (TPP) and Cross-Sell Business in the geography for all channels
(Bank Branches/Jana Centers/Affordable Housing Loan/Business Loan Enterprises/Micro
Small Enterprises Channel
· Engage with the above-mentioned channels for lead generation, engaging with respective
Insurance partners for customer meetings and lead conversion
· Meet all high ticket size leads/customers for TPP business.
· Accountable for activation of all channels and overall business achievement of the
assigned territory
· Engaging with Insurance partner RM/ASM/SH for timely login/processing/Issuance and
everything involved in the conversion of business
· Local Implementation of activity/contest/R&R program for all channels
· Training of TPP products across all channels
· Handle customer grievances and channel escalations, ensuring swift resolution
with the TPP partners
· Manage overall channels and TPP partners for selling all TPP products
· Providing on-ground customer and competition feedback to the product team
· Ensuring timely business reports/MIS from the partners
· Adherence to Banking guidelines across branches
