Regional HR Coordinators Job Recruitments in GramPro Business Services (P) Ltd

Position: Regional HR Coordinators

Location: Mysore / Kolkata / Patna

For a leading Business Correspondent(BC) involved in the Financial Services of a
fast-growing Bank, which in its exponential growth mode & having 650 plus
employees spread across 8 states in India.

Job roles :

  •  Facilitate the implementation of HR Processes and Procedures for the region, as
    approved.
  • Ensure closures for the Gaps in Manpower, Training, Staff Performance &
    Productivity in coordination with Regional Business Team & Corporate HR.
  • Support Collaborating, Encouraging, Learning and Healthy work Culture for
    enhancing Employee satisfaction & productivity.
  • Ensure all Statutory & Regulatory compliances applicable.
  • Monthly HR Report to Corporate HR, Its Analysis and Course corrections.

 

Candidate Profile:

Postgraduate in Human resources with 3-5 years of experience in handling entire
gamut of HR. Excellent Communication skills and People Management skills is a must.
