Position: State Enterprise Training Lead

Sub Function: Training

Designation: Senior Manager / Manager

Location: UP West (Meerut)

 

Qualification: MBA (Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Bachelor of Engineering)

Experience: 8 -12 Years

 

Age Limit: Any

Gender: Male

 

Salary: Negotiable

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training the trainer programmer for master supervisors and trainers of partners.
  • Carry out revalidation training for SMB & Strategic Large & Government accounts.
  • Execute performance coaching and on-field mentoring.
  • Manage training on how to handle Enterprise Accounts.
  • Articulated and drafted actual field scenarios and shared them with teams at headquarters.
  • Support national headquarter teams in designing vernacular content.
  • Plan and execute buddy rides with new ESO & ESM’s.
  • Ensure handholding of ESO’s & ESMs for the first 30 days. Monitor and audit buddy rides and certifications for new hires.
  • Drive periodic audit of training infra readiness1. Conduct periodic recertification of Line Managers.
