Position: Regional Legal Manager

Location: Gurgaon

 

Experience:  6 to 8 Years

Qualification-LLB

Industry -Banking, Affordable Housing, NBFC

 

Role :

*Deliver high quality of legal due diligence
*Provide legal facilitation across states
*Conduct regular meetings / discussions with advocates
*Study the loan disbursement related legal processes
*Review on Bye Laws awareness & market knowledge

Competencies :
Well versed with property title chain , property laws, mortgage laws, DDA conveyance deed process for Unauthorized colonies, practice prevalent in affordable housing.

Litigation & Arbitration candidates are not eligible for this profile.
