Job Description

Designation: Telesales

Process : Outbound Sales
Exp : Min 1 to 4 year in telesales
Qualification : Puc /diploma/undergraduate
Salary up to 3.2LPA

Working Hours : 9.0 hrs Shift ( including 1 hr break )
Working Days : 6 days working & 1 rotational off
Location: Koramangala  Bengaluru. (Walk in interview)
Looking for candidates who have –

•Excellent Verbal and Written communication Skills. ( ENGLISH AND HINDI)

•Preferable experience in Sales voice process

•Willing to do work from office

Below is the job description of the role:
•Experience into general insurance is must.
•Doing Outbound calls and managing partners and agents for sales of our products.
•Target driven for Crores.
Utilizing software,databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
•Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
•Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.

Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
