Designation- Deputy Manager – Campaign Management

Company – HDFC Life Insurance Company

Location – Mumbai, Head Office

Ideal candidate – MBA with around 2/3 years of relevant work experience in the Insurance Industry

Job description- Driving assigned campaigns in collaboration with the campaign manager & sales team
Collaborating with relevant stakeholders at the corporate office & on field to align processes & maximize efficiency to ensure extraction
Tracking the campaign performance through analytics, dashboards & partnering with field teams
Drive Campaign Management Plan (CMP) in conjunction with vertical heads & with inputs from the field leadership
Running the CMP performance through analytics & field visits to gather field feedback
Process optimization through collaboration & liasoning with cross functional & field stakeholders to optimize extraction & efficiency metrics
Cross pollinate best practices to raise the overall table for business
Mine & prepare desired analytics to review health of business & support decision making
