Position: Area Manager

Location: Hyderabad

 

Qualification: Graduation or Postgraduation

Experience: 10-15 Years of Experience in LAP / HL Sales and Collections

 

Age Limit: Any

Gender: Male

 

Salary: As Per Company Norms

 

Job Role:

  1. Managing the Area in terms of Sales, Branch Operations, and administration.
  2. Build a High-Quality Loan Portfolio for the cluster of 10 branches.
  3. Responsible to Achieve Targets for the branches in the area.
  4. Track and ensure repayments of the loan disbursed of the Area
  5. Maintain Manage & Deliver branch productivity for Micro LAP/HF/BL/New product.
  6. Field visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & Collections.
  7. Responsible for Sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve the desired results.
  8. Handholding team of branch managers and Cluster managers to achieve desired targets.
