Position: Area Manager – Retail

Location: Nagpur

 

Qualification: Graduation or Postgraduation

Experience: 10-15 Years of Experience in LAP / HL Sales and Collections

 

Age Limit: Any

Gender: Male

 

Salary: Negotiable

 

Job Required: 

  • Managing the Area in Terms of Sales / Collections and Administration.
  • Build a High Quality LAP Loan Portfolio for the Cluster of 8+ Branches.
  • Responsible for Achieving Targets for the Branches in the Area.
  • Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan Disbursed of the Area
  • Maintain Manage & Deliver Branch Productivity for Micro/Retail/LAP/HF/Merchant OD.
  • Field Visit with Branch Team Members to Handhold in Sourcing & Collections.
  • Responsible for Sufficient Manpower in Every Branch to Achieve the Desired Results.
  • Handholding Team of Cluster Managers and Branch Managers to Achieve Desired Targets.
